PHANTASM NOCTURNES & BRIDE WORE “She Who Was Before The Gods”. Year: 2017. Label: Marbre Negre. ProCdr. Limitited to 30 copies. Awesome new collaborative Cd from Bride Wore Black and Phantasm Nocturnes, a super-intense series of three pieces that form a suite of sorts. The sounds here range from creepy, empty and hollowed out-ambient to raging, venom-filled PE style explosions and all-out noise terror to eastern-sounding trickles of melodies and synth gurgles. Layers upon layers of sounds here, a masterful display of orchestration and arrangement. This stuff sounds ancient, dusty, and severely evil-or perhaps simply unbound by time or morality. If you're familiar with either project's solo work, then you know that both artists are adept at creating suffocating, horror-infused atmosphere of ambience and noise. Together, they've created a work of immense power, suffused with an aura of raw, sanity-destroying terror. Fucking amazing work, highly recommended!

UMBRAGE “Vile/Bile”. Year: 2017. Label: Marbre Negre. C60. Limited to 36 copies with 300gr cardboard slipcase. Beyond its meaning, Umbrage are two noise terrorists, two northern hooligans coming from other extreme metal projects like Arkaik Excruciation, Bodybag, Suspiral… They present themselves camouflaged under hurtful frequencies, with the pulse of a drugged and furious animal. This is the sound of fear, failure, anxiety and paranoia. A noise assault with the groans of negativism, roping loops and oppressive atmospheres.

JUAN ANTONIO NIETO & JAVIER PIÑANGO “Two Unfocused Cardinal Points”. Year: 2016. Label: Marbre Negre. ProCdr in Digifile. Limited to 100 copies. Dark ambient, experimental from Madrid.

NoirNoir & Heulen “Split”. Year: 2016. Label: Marbre Negre. 10” Vinyl. Limited to 20 copies. Industrial, Dark ambient, noise from Barcelona. Heulen and Noir Noir are two of the most original projects of the Catalan scene. While both projects have elements of dark ambient  and ritualism, Heulen move towards a swarm of harsh noise in which frantic and sick and surrealist samples are lost. On the other hand Noir Noir conducts a dark ceremony of rhythmic industrial electronics with the both epic and decrepit essence of black metal with sublime elegance and naturality.
